maja Posted August 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted August 18, 2005 Some of the cruise ships provide a guided ship tour on embarkation day. Does anyone know if the Glory does this? thanks;)
GroupCruiser Posted August 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 18, 2005 We heard several announcements for the tour, although we didn't go on it.
basketballmom Posted August 18, 2005 #3 Share Posted August 18, 2005 You're still gonna get lost all week whether you take the tour or not:)
plantocruise Posted August 19, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 19, 2005 Get yourself a good set of deck plans. Mark where your room is and then familiarize yourself with where the Red Sail is and the other dinning rooms are to your room. Once you map things out and get familiar with how everything is laid out and where things are in relation to your cabin, it will make much more sense when you get on board. plantocruise Posted August 19, 2005 #5 Share Posted August 19, 2005 I just realized that the only thing I was pointing you to was the food. Funny how that happens
basketballmom Posted August 19, 2005 #6 Share Posted August 19, 2005 Alos, center yourself on the ship. By this I mean, always take the elevators that are midship. This made it so much easier for us. When you board the ship, they do hand each person a little pocket sized map of the ship. Comes in handy when you get lost:)
