I stayed there a few years back before we bought a vacation condo in Cape Canaveral. The rooms all face the ocean. You should aim to get above the fourth floor to have a good view, otherwise you could be peeking through the trees.

This is a time share resort. All the suites have fully equipped kitchens and a washer and dryer. There is a restaurant on site but we've never eaten there. Publix is right across A1A and they have a liquor store in the same shopping complex.

It is in a good location just north of the pier. If you can get it for that price that would be a good deal depending on the time of the year and if you got an upper floor.
