I'm having trouble.... I have completed the check in. But the documents will not appear to download. What am I doing wrong...we sail November 1st

There should be an option that says "Print e-docs". Click and print.

Where do I find that

There are a few places to do this. Once you log in, there is a spot next to your countdown. In addition, if you click on vacation summary there is a spot under the check in progress bar and if you click on guests towards the bottom there is an option there too. Hope one of these works for you.

 

Not sure if going through a TA would prohibit this (that is if you used one).

It should clearly state if your online check-in is still incomplete.
