I just kept checking everyday and eventually more popped up.

Shoreexcursions was very kind to me regarding my request for Faster To The Fun. While there were no additional openings for my cruise they did contact me a couple of time a month during my wait period. Others have posted that once they got the email that more were opening they were gone in less than an hour. So be ready to purchase and check your email often.
