Wow!

I must tell you guys, I got so frustrated with booking reservations online for the Quantum that I wrote a letter to Adam Goldstein yesterday. I got a phone call from the executive office not once, but twice, today in response. The person that I spoke with was extremely apologetic and gracious and bent over backwards to help me.

 

I just wanted to say that I am not normally a complainer and I LOVE Royal Caribbean. My husband is a small business owner and he really listens to his customers. It is refreshing to know that a company this large and profitable also listens. I am extremely impressed.
