After studying Carnival Liberty deck plans, am I correct in thinking that all inside cabins that accommodate 3 people have a bunk bed.... above the bed(s) on the floor? No, sofa bed?

Yes.

 

Ocean view rooms are bigger, and on this class of ship, have a single sofa bed for 3, and the sofa/pullman on a cabin for 4.
