karen_cpa Posted August 21, 2005 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2005 We just returned from Bermuda. Honestly all week the forecast said rain and we never got it. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If you do want to make alternate plans St. George has a bunch of museums and churches that you could explore.
smeyer418 Posted August 21, 2005 #3 Share Posted August 21, 2005 and it rarely rains all day anyway. It is tropical at this time. A rain shower and then sun. Look for the most part what you do in Bermuda is go to the Beach or swim so if you get wet...As long as its not a hurricaine you can expect that if it says rain it will not rain for long..and no one should believe a forecast for more than a few days..(IMO) weather forecast at http://www.weather.bm/ just says showers with periods of sun...whichever you want to believe
Swizzle v2.0 Posted August 22, 2005 #4 Share Posted August 22, 2005 On Sunday you could also go to the Caves, Aquarium/Zoo, or the Underwater Exploration Institute.Yesterday was one of those rare "overcast with intermittant rain" days, once the clouds came in the afternoon there was little sun. Most days though "rain" means mostly sunny with a chance of a raincloud zipping over the island for 15 minutes.
