Quick Valor question

Hello everyone, Have a quick question about the valor ship that sails from San Juan.

 

What time on Sundays can you board the ship and what time do you suggest getting to the pier?

Most of the posts I've read state that boarding starts around 12:30.

We were in the terminal waiting to board the ship by 11, didn't get on the ship until about 12-1230
