Contacted the casino department to see if I was eligible for any casino perks on the upcoming cruise....here is the response I received. What is the Premium Bon Voyage package? Thanks in advance.

I emailed casino@carnival.com to inquiry if there were any perks available on my next cruise based on my play from previous cruises. Our next cruise is in Feb. and I just sent the email a few days ago.

thank you i forgot to email them, just did now, fingers crossed, will see what happens, it will be a surprize if it does

HD called prior to a cruise & was told a gift basket would be waiting in our room. Never arrived, he asked at GS, they said to check with the casino host. His name wasn't on their list so we got nothing. Not a big deal, we aren't huge gamblers, he had earned enough points for the Drinks on Us card on our prior cruise & someone told him to check prior to our next cruise.
