Cavetubing.bz with zipline vs. without?

We did the cavetubing.bz tour several years ago but would like to go again with our friends who will be visiting Belize for the first time on our Carnival Glory cruise.

I am debating about booking the combination tour that includes ziplining but just wondering how this affects the cave tubing part of the tour. For those of you have have done this...

--Does the time for the hike get cut short? Do they still take time to show you the plants...and a tarantula?

--Did you feel rushed trying to do both the tubing and the ziplining? Was lunch rushed?

--Did you get back to the port with enough time to do a little shopping?

--And one last question...how strenuous was the zipline? I watched a YouTube video that I "think" was the same zipline and it looked like there was quite a bit of walking up steep terrain and steps.

I'm especially looking for information from people who have done the combination tour recently.
