Thanks- Do you know if there is set hours? I swim/workout for exercise it helps my RA greatly so hoping to find a time to get in morning and night when it is not crowded. Any hope?

The pools were usually crowded during prime sun hours. If you don't mind swimming early morning or late afternoon/early evening when people go in for dinner, you should be fine. The aft plunge pool is 4 ft deep, but definitely not big enough for swimming. You could do water exercises if you have it to yourself. Swimming would need to be done in the main Lido deck pool or the retreat pool, the latter is adults only.
