Could be rough flying ahead for Southwest passengers

Pilot's Union cut off talks and requested federal mediation.

Only ONE union has agreed to Southwest's new contract terms-the Machinists Union which represents the airport and reservations agents. With all the technology, that segment would have the least impact on flights and passengers.

Southwest is not the only one having union troubles.

AA, with Dougie at the helm, is pulling the same old BS that he pulled when US merged with AmWest. Some pilots get a lot, some get little and some go out the door. ALL unions have turned down AA's proposals so far. FA quashed the new contract terms last week.

Could be a rocky road ahead for some fliers.
