We will be making our 3rd stop to Aruba (from a cruise ship). We have done an island tour and a day pass at a hotel. We are looking for ideas on what we should do on this 3rd stop to Aruba. Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

If you've done land and beach, my next thought is to hit the water. There are any number of activities on and in the water.

Watersports- Scuba Diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, waterskiing, jetski, parasailing, sailing, motorized boat tours, banana boats, sunset cruise, stand up paddleboard

Some ideas on other activities off the top of my head

Spas & Sports- Tennis, Golf

Casinos

Sky Diving

Rock Climbing & Caving

Nightlife

Romance

Shopping

We are doing Trikes in Aruba. It is a 3 hr. tour. to tour the Island. While you have seen the island, seeing it from a trike might be fun.

We did this November 1st. It was one of the best excursions we have done. You will have a great time. :) It was just about 4 hours total

I've noticed that you seem to be an expert on Aruba!! My husband is interested in doing some windsurfing there in April. Can you give me any information on where to go, or a good outfitter to contact? He does have experience windsurfing. By the way, we are also in the northern part of Georgia, but we are born and bred Georgian natives. Not many of us left these days! Thanks in advance for any information.

Windsurfing takes place in the shallow waters off of the Fisherman's Huts just north of Palm Beach. There are two names in Aruba windsurfing-- Vela Aruba Windsurf Center and Aruba Active Vacations. We are not windsurfers so I would suggest reading over the reviews for both companies on CC's sister website tripadvisor.com

We live in Cumming but are not "native" Georgians. ;) The high taxes in the northeast drove us south. ;)

What hotels have day passes?

We were thinking Amsterdam, do you know if its 10 dollars? And some of us want to walk to Eagle Beach while we're there-is is close by? Or do you recommend another pass/beach? We are there till 4 in early Feb.

The Amsterdam Manor IS on Eagle Beach. Their chair rental is $15 per person. Chair rental at their sister resort MVC Eagle Beach resort is $10 per person.

Hotel Day Passes?

Help need beach day advise ASAP

I am going to post separately current beach info.

Thanks for your reply. I will check out these 2 companies on tripadvisor.com. I hope you are enjoying your "southern" life"

We really enjoyed snorkeling with Aruba Bob. It is shore snorkeling, using a powered propulsion assist device which helps you cover a large area. Amazing views! Underwater Aruba is devine! I'm sort of hoping to book another cruise there this fall and we'll repeat this adventure!
