Is this the effect of the new ownership on Regent Head office staff? Probably not. The ownership did not change until Nov 15, about 2 weeks ago. The same people are in charge; Kunal Lamlani is still Regent President. There have been some synergies, but should not affect response time, unless to make it better -- I've had better responses from NCL than many cruise lines. The offices are still separate.
