Hotel Shuttles

When you are in the baggage claim area to get your checked bags, look to the very ends of the building and you will see a set of automatic doors.... this leads to a transportation circle along with a small building for shuttle reservations and taxis. Just head out these doors and you will see a few benches and a sidewalk that surrounds the circle. This is where they want for passengers to wait for the hotel shuttles. There are two sets of doors.... one at each end of the building... one red and one blue for the different airlines. Double check with the hotel as to what color circle they pick-up in.

When we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Rocky Point they used the Red circle. We saw tons of hotel shuttles using the Red circle so not sure if they all do or not but better to double check with the hotel to be sure.

It is very easy to spot the doors. I believe that they are labeled transportation or something of that nature and say either red or blue. You can't miss them.

Here is a link to a map of the Baggage claim area at TIA. Click on the Ground Transportation Icon and it will highlight the location of the doors.
