Aussie Jeep Posted December 2, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Hello CC's I have just booked my first Aft Cabin, 7632 on LOS. I know this cruise is over a year away, but does anyone have any information on this cabin. I want to change the cabin if you believe it is a poor/bad choice while there are plenty to choose from. I appreciate your input. Thanks
SANDY823 Posted December 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 15, 2014 I have 7132 and friends have 7634 on Jan 16th - so can give you info after that. What is it you would like to know ?
holmrun Posted December 15, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 15, 2014 We just got off the Legend this morning from aft balcony 6626 - LOVED it! It was our first aft balcony and we had our reservations about it going in but quickly fell in love with it. The views through the Panama Canal and entering/leaving ports were excellent. If I had to pick a downside it would have to be the smell at times from what must be the incinerator? exhaust that exits straight out of the back on deck 5. It wasn't constant, but every now and then you'd get a pretty good whiff of an unpleasant smell. Not enough to keep us off of the balcony by any means. If you have any specific questions, just ask. Thanks!

tartoos Posted October 17, 2015 #5 Share Posted October 17, 2015 How was 7632 - we have it from next Wednesday 21st Oct. Be interesting to know as we have never had an aft cabin before either......Suzanne
impatientlywaiting Posted October 17, 2015 #6 Share Posted October 17, 2015 You're very lucky. Aft cabins go very quickly since there are so few of them. Passengers I've talked to who have had them in the past try their hardest to always go in aft cabins on future cruises. We have our first aft balcony cabins booked in 2016 as well and I am so excited! :D
tartoos Posted October 17, 2015 #7 Share Posted October 17, 2015 Thanks for reply Anita At least that is encouraging - we only booked last Monday or cruise 21st Oct. so were allocated aft (guaranteed balcony was all available) - couldn't select our own. Have a problem walking and Windjammer is forward so could be difficult but will enjoy anyway. :)
