Curious to know if anyone has reached a new level in Crown and Anchor status while on the cruise and was able to get some of the new benefits?

Usually you do not reach the new level until after the completion of the cruise.

 

While on board, ask the LA since some will honor and some will not honor that milestone mid cruise. They might say absolutely no but it is possible that they might say yes.

No, points aren't awarded until the cruise is complete. You'll need to wait til your next cruise.

Out of respect to the LA I would not even consider asking them for something that I was not entitled to.
