The number of stood varies according to the distance you have to travel. You will certainly have enough time to eat and stretch your legs.

Warwick services seems to be a set stop for lunch

 

Our driver said that we would stop at Warwick (always have done before) but we stopped at Norton Canes -M6 toll instead. We also stopped there on the return journey too.

It was about an hour stop going to Southampton but about 40 minutes going home.
