I've been in Blu on Infinity twice in the last 2 years. Both times it was outstanding for dinner, and good (but slow) for breakfast.

Ditto to twice on Infinity in the last two years. We dined in Blu both cruises.

I have not sailed on a S class so can't compare but the menu and service on the M class ships is for the most part what you will find throughout the fleet. However the food is freshly prepared when possible since the kitchen is below the restaurant unlike the arrangements on the S class ships.

I think you will enjoy Blu far more on a M class ship.
