Oasis of the Seas Grand Suite Deck 14 Question

I cannot find the article but the suggestion had been made to stay away from booking a Grand Suite on the 14th deck. I am looking at cabin 14730, but uncertain about booking this cabin due to my prior reading. Any suggestions as to why I should stay away from deck 14 for this cabin? Thanks for any responses or suggestions

You're directly under the pool deck. It's loud and chairs were dragged around at all hours of the day and night. I'd move down a deck or two if you can. I just returned from the Oasis and stayed on deck 14.

Did you stay in 14730 or 14330? I think they are relatively under the flow rider and assumed the activity would be less than around the pool.
