Pooh8941 Posted December 19, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 19, 2014 We are sailing Jan 1/17/15 and 1/24/15 in different grand suites. How do we go about moving our clothes on the turn around day? Who should we ask for advice once we are on board? With no Concierge Lounge is there a Concierge to consult with or do we speak to our stateroom attendant? Or Guest services? And, how do we obtain a new Sea Pass card? We did a B2B in the distant past but assume things have changed since then (I.e., leaving the ship and going thru customs, etc.) Thank you for any input. dreamer976 Posted December 19, 2014 #2 Share Posted December 19, 2014 Speak w/your stateroom attendant. You will pack up your things (minus what is hanging on hangers) and leave them in your stateroom while you meet with others who are B2B'ing and he/she will see to it that your things are moved and waiting for you in your 2nd week suite. Enjoy your cruise!:)
Clarea Posted December 19, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 19, 2014 You will receive a letter in your stateroom with details about how you will get your new Seapass, and the process on changeover day. I would also suggest you contact Guest Services early in the first cruise and ask them to confirm you are on the consecutive cruiser list.
