sunsetme Posted December 20, 2014 #1 Share Posted December 20, 2014 I was able to swim out to see the turtles while at Carlisle Bay. As long as you stay somewhere in the middle, just past Harbour lights area you will see all the boats going to the turtle area. I do wear a snorkel vest for flotation. It is far from the Boatyard area don't try from there.

cruisingbajan Posted December 25, 2014 #3 Share Posted December 25, 2014 There are tour operators at the boatyard who take you out to see the turtles. I believe its about $20 per person.
lah66 Posted January 11, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 11, 2015 Is Harbor Lights the closest beach bar to where we can swim to see the turtles? We do not really care if we are at Lobster Alive, Harbor Lights or Copacabana (or do we?) so we might as well choose the closest one! Once we get there we will decide if we can swim it or hire a boat to get out to the turtles and shipwrecks. Thoughts? Lauri
