Lost the name and # of my Carnival PVP..Help?

I booked our upcoming cruise using a PVP from Carnival. I am trying to make my final payment but cannot find her name and number anywhere. (DH deletes everything!) I tried to pay it online, but it says "your agency is not listed?" whatever that means. How can I find out which one I used? She was so friendly, polite and all I would like to talk with her again. Any way to find her again?

Agency sounds like a Travel Agency.. CArnival has no access to those.. if you call CArnival and give them your booking # I am sure they can help you:) If not they may have suggestions...

I had the same error message when I tried making a payment. I called Carnival, my PVP wasn't in that day and told them I wanted to make a payment. They asked my booking number, verified the information and took the payment. Later that week I got a thank you email from my regular PVP.

Yep, anybody at the general Carnival PVP number can take care of your final payment, as long as you have your booking number.:)
