Island marketing?

We will be in Belize, Roatan and Cozumel on the Carnival Glory in March of this year. I found a site, Island Marketing, that offers various tours for very reasonable prices. Has anyone used them? Comments?

They're pretty well known. I've used them in various ports although not in Belize yet. Never had any issues.

Yes we've uses them a few times and had no problem. They are based in Grand Cayman and do marketing and bookings for reputable local excursion operators in a number of Caribbean ports. They have been around for quite a while.

 

When you get to port you will find out who the tour operator is, and often times can book directly with them in the future if you liked the service.

 

In Belize we have used them for Goff's Caye snorkeling and the tour operator is Ecological Tours and Services. http://www.ecotoursbelize.com/ We have really enjoyed our Goff's Caye trips with them... nice crew.

 

In Roatan we have also used them a couple of times for the West Bay Beach Break, which actually takes you to Bananarama Beach Club. http://bananarama.com/

 

When we did that we were in a small group of maybe 6 in a van, and the driver was a 3rd generation Roatan resident of (I think) British descent. She stayed with us at Bananarama all day and offered to take any of us on side trips if we wanted.

 

Of course you can also book directly through Bananarama for that one, but I don't know if you have the tour operator for your transportation, or if they just arrange a random taxi. Haven't tried that.
