We had booked our cruise 2 months prior and Nellie's OTW were not available. I also checked that we were the only ship in port that day, so I was surprised that there were none available. We had a Junior Suite and 3 balconies, so not Barefoot eligible. I called and kept checking the website, to no avail. Casino Royale, our TA, even checked and couldn't book one for us. I emailed the concierge a few days before the cruise about Barefoot and he said he had no OTW, but did have regular cabanas on Barefoot available. I took a gamble and waited until boarding. We were on board pretty early and the excursions desk did not have the computer ready for booking. She put my name down and said to come back later. I went back around a half hour later and was able to book. We wanted two OTW cabanas together and they gave us the option of 2 & 3 or 5 & 6. I believe they had others available as well. It seems that they hold cabanas in inventory for sale on board. As for upgraded buffet for Nellie's, the bracelets are not given on board, but our cabana attendant gave them to us without us asking for them. Hope you get a cabana and hope you have a great cruise.
