Has anyone received a formal notice of a compensation package for those inconvenienced by the fire onboard insignia.

Per the handouts we received from Oceania in St Lucia and our return in Miami:

 

There was $100 pp per day for one day offered for Miami expenses.

 

As you have probably already noted, the cruise fare was credited to your credit card. In addition, O has isssued a future cruise credit in the amount of 50% (based on your Insignia cruise cost). You might want to check with your TA as to the exact terms of the future cruise credit. If you have not received a credit on your credit card for the initial cruise fare, you probably should call your TA or Oceania.

 

One of the luggage update handouts had a number for Insignia related calls. If you have any further questions you can perhaps call that number....866-765-3622.
