Anyone ever stay in lido deck room 306 on CB ?

Laura,

DH and I were in L306 in January of this year. We had originally booked a balcony stateroom on Baja and were upgraded to the Lido location.

 

While it's nice to be near pizza, pools, Horizon Court, etc., L306 is along the corridor that leads to public areas on Lido deck. This stateroom is just around the corner from the elevators/stairways, and just about everyone who arrives on Lido deck is headed to public areas.

 

We could hear people in the hallway at all hours of the day and night, and there always seemed to be people nearby when we entered/exited our stateroom. Also, there is a service elevator across the hall that was busy and noisy while luggage was being delivered and on the final night of the cruise when bags were being removed.

 

We are going on the CB again in January, 2006 and declined an upgrade. We'll be happy in our Baja balcony stateroom.
