SnowBird Cruzer Posted January 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2015 I'll be sailing to Curacao in March and I just got scuba certified this past summer. I'll be scuba diving in St. Kitts and want to scuba in Curacao. I watched some Internet shows about places to scuba dive in Curacao. When I contacted some local vendors, most of those locations are too far away to do in the time I've got on the island. So how good is the scuba excursion from RCL? Where did you go and what did you see? Thanks

SnowBird Cruzer Posted January 19, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted January 19, 2015 Do not know which operators you contacted, but they are as close as 5 min!I would recommend you to contact Hans of curious2dive. Well, I contacted one place who said they couldn't help because we were not in port long enough. (I thought til 6pm was decent). I was wondering about the quality of RCCL's excursion. I plan on signing up for that if I have to. You are the 2nd person to tell me to contact Curious2Dive. So I just sent them an email. Thanks. Leo Answers Posted January 19, 2015 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2015 Probably that was a dive boat operator. In Curaçao no need for that, we are a collar reef, so easy and spectacular shore diving everywhere! With 8-18 port time, you could even push it to three dives (depending of depth)!
