Explorer of seas time change in Cozumel

Traveling to Cozumel on a 5 day cruise on Explorer of the Seas in February. It is scheduled to arrive 7AM. Does anyone know if this is Eastern or Central as we leave from Port Canaveral. Seems to be arriving at 7AM Eastern (6AM Central) would be quite early if we stayed on Eastern time.

Should be Central. We went on a 5 day over Thanksgiving and I believe we set the time back an hour the night before arrival. You will have a piece of paper in your room telling you to set the time back an hour. Use caution if you use your phone to keep time. If you are in airplane mode or you have your phone set to not adjust time based on a cell tower, your phone may still be on Eastern.
