I have a few questions for you experienced carnival cruisers. First what are the benefits of the skippers clup? I know this is a club for all that book a suite but what are the benefits? Also what is the new gold sign and sail card that carnival issues to past guests? Do all ships have this? When did carnival start this? Thanks for any help.

We were on the Conquest the end of April, we had a large group and many of us booked a suite. The only thing we received being "skippers club" we had a different check-in area. While some waited a hour we were in and out with 10 minutes. By Noon we were on the ship!!!!!! It was nice

Happy Cruisin:)

I'm always on the ship by noon, and I'm not a member of the skipper's club. Just gotta get there early and beat the crowds.

About the S&S cards - I understand after ten Carnival cruises, your card will be Platinum, so I have only two to go. (And Platinum still won't give me any perks.):D

The Skippers Club gives you priorty embarkation.
Not always. It depends on the ship, port and week of sailing. More often than not, it is only priority check-in, and then you go sit in the big room with everyone else waiting to board.
