Trying to pay online? where?

Hi everybody

I am trying to pay my balance online but can not even see remaining balance anywhere.

Any Ideas?

Also, want to book some spa treatments. Is it normal for Cunard to pay up front? Never seen that before.

I was told when I booked with my deposit that remaining payments had to be called in.

 

I don't know about the spa bookings.

Hi mattswiss. Do you have any on-board credit? If so, you can only use that for charges while on board. If you book extras prior to your voyage, that will be charged to your credit card

.

Also, any World Club discounts will not be applied until all your on board credits have been spent.

 

From my experience, several Carnival Cruise Line ships require payment at the time of on-line booking for extras. Caveat emptor
