Not so far and from what my PVP told me, they won't be offering it again anytime soon. Too many people booked and then cancelled. Apparently losing the $50pp as a penalty didn't deter the masses from doing that. But I suppose they could change their minds. Who knows.

I have heard the same thing. That is why there were so many really cheap last minute cruises last year.
