Customer Relations at Princess Was Extremely Rude!

I generally book through a Princess-savvy TA, and have, like many, had answers of varying accuracy when dealing with Princess reps directly. What I haven't run into is anything I'd regard as "rudeness."

 

I can't help but notice that in every one of these stories, it's always Princess that is entirely at fault. Just like it's always the other family's kids who are causing the ruckus, apparently no one on Cruise Critic is ever short-tempered, obtuse, or overly demanding when dealing with CS reps, much less even inadvertently rude. Kudos!

 

Having recently navigated through endless sludge with customer service for Costco and for CVS, mess-ups that make the Princess stories seem simple by comparison, I must admit to getting whiney at times. I guess I'm the only one here like that. Having dealt with the random public at work myself, I confess to feeling that some people are king-sized pains in the tuchus and don't even realize they are. Fortunately, that goes for none of us here...except maybe me.
