Specialty dining on ship vs online

Dining finally opened up for my Oasis March sailing. I always book online, but this time we have a party of 11 and you can only book online for 10! :eek:

Very frustrating!

 

I assume I can call and spend hours on the phone trying to do this, but it's hard to find the time to do that.

 

What are my chances of getting us in when we get onboard? Usually it's not a problem but I figure with a party of 11 it may be a different story.

I travel at times with 12/14 and it's not that hard. I've booked the ten and then get on board and go "ooopppssss we are now 14" trouble is it is a tight fit
