I know some folks like to workout in a group at a gym, some belong to biking or running clubs. Some people like me use online challenge groups to post there progress in. uncleg Posted January 21, 2015 #2 Share Posted January 21, 2015 Log my calorie intake, keep a log of workouts to see progress, I don't workout with anyone, but I do have gym buddies who rag me if a miss a day. I really make sure that if I can't do it that day that I pull a double day to make it up. I'm loving it so far and it really helps keeping me motivated.
