How to get best price

Recommended Posts

Question how do you get the best possible price?

Booking far in advance?, Off season ?

Any other suggestions?

I would say both. We booked in Feb for our Oct cruise and prices have steadily went up. Only inside cabins are left.

With RCCL's new pricing policy, there are no discounts if you book with a TA or online agency. Some may offer "perks" like free insurance or shore excursion, but the price is the price. The cheapest time seems to be late Nov. or early Dec. -at least from the research I have done. Booking in advance seems to get you at least locked into a price before it goes up. If it goes down, then you will get the amount refunded back to you. We always book at least a year in advance just because we can then save the money for the whole year and be paid off by the time we cruise.

Hope this helps!!!
