Quantum suite room service

To order breakfast the night before - do you still fill out a form and hang it on the outside door handle? Or can you order the night before on the tv since ship is so high tech? What was your experience with room service on Quantum - food hot, delivered timely, etc? I assume there are menus provided from all the restaurants in order to make selections . Any feedback about service for breakfast, lunch or dinner is greatly appreciated!

We were in a Grand Suite on the 1/23 sailing. We ordered breakfast from Coastal Kitchen one morning. We called room service the night before to place the order. It was nice and hot, and exactly as ordered. We didn't use room service any other time.
