Breeze Promenade deck question

Can anyone tell me, a) can you walk all the way around the ship on the Promenade deck, and b) if so, how many laps to make a mile?

 

On the Caribbean and Crown Princess the deck is open all the way around but on the Carnival Valor it wasn't. I will have many extra calories to burn off and that little walking track on the top deck just doesn't do it for me.

Yes, you can get your walk on... 5th deck goes around the whole deck. The below youtube video states it is 1/2 mile
