Breeze- American Table-different menus for each port stop?

I keep reading mid February for the American Table rollout on the Breeze. I am assuming that would be on Feb 14th-8 day southern Caribbean cruise that I am going on. Am I right?

Also none of the sample menus I found were menus for these port of calls- isn't each menu tailored to each port stop? We are going to Aruba, Curacao and Grand Turk.

Frpm what I gleaned from John Heald's post, the program starts mid-February, and the menu has been tweaked. Since it hasn't started yet I imagine the menus are not posted yet. Zydeco is good but he is not a psychic :D
