Cannot see payment info on NCL.com

Last year I would make payments online for my summer cruise. Now when I log into ncl.com I cannot see the payment details on the vacation Summary page. Is it because I booked through CAS? I assume I can always call and make a payment, but online is easier and no being on hold forever.

 

IS anyone else having problems seeing payment details?

Yes I have the same issue. We also booked through CAS so that maybe the determining factor. I have no idea how to make a payment without calling them. Ugh....

I booked 2 extra rooms through CAS for family, and are having the same issue, I guess I will call CAS tomorrow and and see what rhey say.

I called CAS this am. and they said to call them to make payments, if you previously booked with CAS. They said sometimes you can do it online and sometimes you can't. they also said if you call the regular NCL # that typicaly you will get transferred to CAS being you booked through them. The # they gave me was 877 PLAY NCL.

I've had the same answer regarding online payments. Some bookings I can do it & some I cannot. However, you can call the main NCL number to make payments - as long as you have your reservation number. they will take your money over the phone.

I am sure you can call te main number, I was just relaying what I was told by the CAS rep.

I figured - just wanted to assure everyone calling the main number for payments was possible on CAS - those CAS hold times can get bad sometimes. :)
