Look at post #85 and you will find a link you may click and magically the menu will appear (if you have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer).

Just a note to the person excited about the smoothies: I love smoothies and ordered one on our December Infinity cruise. In a word: yuck. It might have been good when it was cold, but a warm smoothie is not enjoyable. Hope you are lucky and get one that's still cold.
