Check you airfare

Just checked my airfare, and the fare went down. Could not get a refund on my credit card because I purchased an internet special through Southwest, however, I did get a $240 credit to use within a year. Doesn't hurt to keep checking. Bring the airfare for my family of four to $537 Pittsburgh to Ft Lauderdale. Yee Haa!

Thanks for the tip. I will check my air. I also have gotten those coupons before and used them for a future vacation later on. It was like found money.

I tried to change my airfare with american airlines 3 days after I made my internet reservations ( July) and they told $50 a person to make the change. I am not flying until Nov., you think they could have made the change I was willing to pay the difference in the airfare. The 2 women I talked to on the phone were quite rude. I ahve never had the problem with Southwest.

I once tried to make a change l hour after booking online and they told me $100 to make the change. So you are lucky they only told you $50. They wont budge on this at all.

I too fly Southwest and just changed our reservation, same flights, and just have a $60 CR for future flights. Thanks again.
