pinkslippers Posted February 9, 2015 #8 Share Posted February 9, 2015 I just called NCL yesterday for more information on the beverage package. Planning a cruise on the Gem in October and booked a mini suite with free beverage package. The package covers any soda, juice, beer, wine, cocktails with a price less than $10. I asked if I could get a martini on the package, and I was told, "only if the price is less than $10.00" I have a co-worker boarding the Breakaway tomorrow. I plan to have her text me some of the beverage prices for martini, mojito and other specialty cocktails.

DreamingBig1 Posted February 9, 2015 #10 Share Posted February 9, 2015 I would imagine that the vast majority of drinks are $10 and under. The frozen drinks in the souvenir glass are probably over ten, as well as ultr high end liquor.

leekel619 Posted April 16, 2015 #15 Share Posted April 16, 2015 I booked June 3, 2016 this past January and we got the UBP for our free choice promo. We got it added to our May 1, 2015 cruise at the same time. Which we had already paid in full. So we're happy. Don't need to lug our wine on and we can try some new cocktails!
