weedhopper Posted February 9, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2015 What type of safes do they have in the rooms on the Enchantment? Does it have a key pad, or do I need to bring an old credit card to swipe?

FLACRUISER99 Posted February 9, 2015 #4 Share Posted February 9, 2015 Unfortunately most of them on Enchantment are cards. Why would that be unfortunate? I have no problem with the card safes and they are much larger.

I have no problem with the card safes and they are much larger. I think it kind of defeats the purpose of the safe for me. I usually keep my wallet in the safe on the ship and just carry my Seapass. I don't want to carry the credit card wherever I go. So I usually have to leave it in the room. Hidden, but still, in the room. I just think the code safes are a lot easier.

FLACRUISER99 Posted February 9, 2015 #10 Share Posted February 9, 2015 It's unpredicable. Some staterooms are card swipe and some are keypad.I believe the are replacing the safes as they go bad. Any safe is ok as I remember when there were no safes. I believe some of the lower floors on MJ still don't have safes.
JoeRum Posted February 11, 2015 #11 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Just use your room key to lock the safe.
