Nothing posted as of yet how long should I wait before calling back? Did you book direct with carnival or a TA? Give it about 72 hours to show up if from Carnival. dhdozier Posted February 10, 2015 #6 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Yes, not until onboard can you find out if it is indeed in your account and I have experienced this with all cruise lines. I do go by guest services on embarkation day to MAKE SURE that it is on there so that adjustments can be before leaving port. So far I have been fortunate to get all the extra goodies that were promised but I have heard from others that they had to have calls made to get the incentives that they had booked with.
