vbecky Posted February 10, 2015 #1 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Does anyone know if cabin 9402 & 9402 balcony partition opens? I know the rooms connect just hoping can open door in between balcony? Pretty sure when booked with carnival he told me all connecting rooms balconies open together as well but can't seem to find that.

Hi Becky :) You listed stateroom 9402 twice, but I'll drop some 9402 info that may be helpful. The (balcony partition) for cabin 9402 opens to cabin 9400. And yes, 9402 is a connecting cabin; however it connects to cabin 9404. And unless someone is fortunate to find another poster who has actually stayed or has some knowledge of the rooms don't assume anything.... the kid at the call center won't have a clue. tkportersat Posted February 10, 2015 #5 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Sadly no, those two balcony partitions do not connect. Im sorry it was supposed to say 9402 & 9404. He told me balcony opened now afraid maybe doesn't?
vbecky Posted February 10, 2015 Author #6 Share Posted February 10, 2015 Well shoot when carnival booked these two rooms he said they do.
vbecky Posted February 11, 2015 Author #7 Share Posted February 11, 2015 That really upsets me cause it was my pvp that told me they do. We have kids staying in one of those rooms and is why I chose those 2 rooms.
dave_k58 Posted February 11, 2015 #8 Share Posted February 11, 2015 I would make a bet that most posters on CC have more experience on cruising than about 90% of PVP's and TA's. Probably about the same percentage on the book of faces.
vbecky Posted February 11, 2015 Author #9 Share Posted February 11, 2015 You are so correct! I did however just talk to someone at carnival and she told me that connecting rooms which I have can't have both connecting rooms and balcony. Guess can't always believe what your PvP says. tkportersat Posted February 11, 2015 #10 Share Posted February 11, 2015 Sorry, seems as if people get a lot of incorrect information when calling Carnival. I hope you still have fun. It's good your rooms are connected and you still should be able to see each other/talk while out on the balconies. Either way, if they were like my kids they won't be in the room that much. :p
