Beresford Arms Hotel in San Francisco

Anyone stayed in Beresford Arms Hotel in San Francisco?

It is near the cruise terminal. Just trying to get a feel of what is near there? Is there a grocery store near by. I was told it was in a good location and walking distance to restaurants and other sites. Any info would be great!!

I remember when it used to be an apartment house. Great location, not far from

Union Square. Lots of small grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Parking is impossible, if

you have a car.

Not really on the harbor. It is west of Union Square. Will be about 10 blocks walk to the Embarcadero. 3 stars (out of 5) on TripAdvisor.

Will take a cab to cruise terminal. Not planning on walking. Just a place to spend one night.

We had a large well-appointed suite for our family of 5. Good value. The only real negative we all recall was that it was close to a fire station and there were a lot of sirens which disturbed our sleep.
