All day snorkel, beach lunch, boat ride?

Last time we were in St. Thomas back in 2007, we had a blast doing an all day trip that was a boat ride, three snorkeling stops, a beach lunch on a private island, and then just sailing with unlimited rum punch. It was through the ship...we were on a B2B so can't remember which line.

Since then, we have gotten away from ship excursions and would love to find something similar privately, any recommendations? Also, do I remember correctly that this was the place we snorkeled and saw a ton of sea turtles? My 5 year old would love that, if I am remembering correctly that would be a must!

Thank you for posting this!! I too am looking for something exactly like this. We are a family of 5 and almost every catamaran snorkel tours are all 3-4 hours long and basically end at roughly noon which leaves us several hours at port not knowing what to do. I am very interested in any recommendations of all day excursions.

http://newhorizons.daysails.com. Loved this one! May not accept 5 year old. Swim with turtles boat tours are only half day. You may have been on. Barbados when you saw lots of turtles. They feed them to bring out lots of them. Not good for animals.

Thanks! It appears to accept kids, will check them out. Definitely was in st. Thomas, never done Barbados yet although want to!

Most St Thomas turtle tours go to what they now call Turtle Cove. Some days you see lktd of turtles, some days just a few. You're likely to see some on every trip, but because the VI does not allow feeding, no guarantee turtles will show up.

You might want to do a Day Sail. These boats typically can take up to 6 guests and include a day of sailing, snorkeling, lunch and beverages.

 

We sailed on High Pockets and it was the high light of our trip.
