Question on smoking

Haven't been on Princess in 2 years ( since our HI cruise) on the Sapphire..., which we loved! Since then we have been on Celebrity several times. We enjoy both cruise lines. However we love the clean, non smoking environment in the casino on Celebrity.

Is smoking still allowed in the casino on Princess? They use to have non smoking on formal nights but you could still smell the smoke.

We are considering our next cruise on the Regal but would enjoy a smokeless casino.

Thank you and happy sailing!

All casinos are not equal. For some reason, the layout on the Crown and the Star, for instance, makes one side of the casino noticeably less smoky than the other. The smell is not as evident on the non-smoking side. On others, such as the Golden, the non-smoking side is just about the same as the smoking side in terms of odor. I tested this out recently on the Golden and then the Crown, and I don't think it's totally in my imagination. ;):)
