My NCL and payment of DSC

Has anyone else been having problems logging on and not be able to pre pay the daily service charge ?

 

I have been trying for a few days now...next step is call TA and have her contact NCL.

No, paid without any problems on NCL's website.

 

Also your TA doesn't need to contact NCL, they can add prepaid charges to the reservation themselves through their system.

Paid via ncl.com on Sunday, no issues at all.

If you cannot do it online, call in and it will be added to your invoice. Did this for a June, 2016 cruise. You will then receive an updated amenities list which will show "prepaid gratuities, day one, in cabin, $ 0.00". A new booking form will show the increase in your final payment price.

 

If you are in final, the PCC or generic NCL phone- answerer can take your payment.

 

Could have done it online, but paying $420 ahead of time seemed silly so far out. Rather give the 105 bucks that we saved directly to the steward in the suite.
